When I embarked on my own health journey after a crisis with a toxin exposure and a desperate need to heal my body, I found myself in a lonely place that supplements, medicine and good intentions from practitioners weren’t solving. Many of my labs were “in range” despite me feeling terrible, leaving me more confused. The advice I received was a never-ending list of what I needed to give up, adopt, or try next, but it was missing the essential "how" to make it all sustainable and long lasting.

I felt disempowered, disconnected from my own body, and unsure about how to heal a body that I didn’t understand anymore.

It was from this deep well of personal experience and being failed by everything I knew about medicine, that the Reclaim Vitality Transformational Course was born. This course is not just about superficial changes but guides the profound work required for true healing and how to optimize yourself holistically as a result. It recognizes that when you're on the path to healing, you can't help but go inward, asking deeper questions and seeking more profound insights. It’s a part of it. My journey required me to listen to my body in a way I never had known how to before. I learned more from that experience than the entirety of my schooling.

I wanted to create a framework for others that allows for deep exploration while providing a clear destination, fueled by purpose.

This is not a course of rules and instructions, but instead freedom with accountability, guidance and support to help you maintain your own goals, and teaching you how to maintain your health as a system, rather than trying to reach a destination. It includes guided mindfulness practices and questionnaires each week, allowing you to connect with your deepest values and to change your brain along the way, which is how we keep changes sustainable. It's a way to find what's right for YOU while having the support and company you need along the way. After all, having an adventure partner during your health journey can be a healing experience in itself.
