Educational Course

When I was going through own health journey, it was a lonely time without a clear destination. I was being told everything that was wrong with my body, but very few people were helping me focus on what was right. I was told to give up this food, give up that food, meditate, cold plunge, exercise but not that much, try this biohack, that one, take all these pills etc. but no one was telling me HOW to do the things they wanted in a way that was actually sustainable for me. It was maddening and never have I felt so disempowered, in addition to being in a state where my body was not the tough and resilient body I had known it to be anymore. How was I supposed to heal a body I barely knew anymore?


That is where this program came from. The deeper work that is required to truly HEAL and not just limp to the next phase. You can’t help but go inward and have deeper questions and thoughts when you are injured, so I wanted to create a framework and structure for those working to heal or optimize themselves that allows for both deep exploring while also having a destination in site, driven by profundity and purpose. That is why this course includes guided mindfulness practices and questionnaires each week, to allow you to connect with that deeper side of you that motivates you more thoroughly than an doctor telling you what to do ever could, and helps you find what is right for YOU, while giving you company and support along the way. It’s healing in itself to have an adventure partner during your health journey.


The statement “Let food be thy medicine” is one of the most well-known proverbs out there. However, that does not make it easy to do. When we are working to create a better life by changing habits and forming new ones, even on our best days, it is probably one of the most difficult things to do - especially when it involves our comforts, like food. Know you're not alone!


That's where this Support Program comes in.
